Aria was slightly amused by Faustus' reaction to her deduction of his behaviour. The smile on her face disappeared when he asked about her though. She shrugged and chose her words carefully. "Oh...let's just say that the dark's not my favourite thing, but I like it at the same time." This statement wasn't giving away too much of what she knew and if Faustus continued questioning her, she would give small answers. Nothing too much.

Faustus scratched his head at Aria's answer, "Okay then." On the outside he acted like he knew exactly what she was talking about, but on the inside he was wondering what the hell she was saying. It confused him and made his head hurt slightly. "I see. Well, whatever soeur. Your contradictions are odd, non?"

Aria grinned, as it seemed, Faustus liked things plain and simple. "I guess they are...but they make sense. You just don't know enough to make sense of them." She considered telling her brother more, but she tossed the idea aside. It was best not to confide in others, however much she trusted them and loved them. She liked keeping secrets - one of her strengths in fact.

He shook his head with a slight chuckle. "I just don't know enough, eh? I'll figure it out soon enough." Faustus had a devious look upon his face. It looked as if he actually knew something when he in fact did not. That was fine though. He could live without knowing what was going on. After all, if it was important he would find out soon enough. "Mind dropping me a bigger hint?"

Aria smiled warmly at him. "No point. Maybe you'll figure it out one day." She tapped the wall twice on with a nail and then left her spot so she was standing about a metre away from the wall. She could become a shadow on the floor if she really wanted to, but despite that fact, she found the wall more worrying. Aria had never been able to pinpoint exactly why though.

His hand rested on his hip as the other fell towards the floor. A playful smile appeared on his face and his tongue slid out. "Well I guess I'll just have to pay more attention to you then," he said as he examined her. Almost immediately after, he began to stretch out his back a bit. After all, it was normal to feel a bit tight after being curled up in some corner all day.

Aria smirked at this. So they were starting a long game? She would gladly participate. "Of course, you must, dear Faufau." She laughed a beautiful gentle laugh as she leaned backwards, into the wall. Well, that was what it appeared. But in reality, she was just converting to her Noah form, which meant she used a shadow for her existence. Her smile wasn't visible in her silhouette but as she walked across the wall, it was clear what she had become.

An eyebrow arched as he looked at Aria's transformation. She appeared to have turned into a shadow. This had something to do with her memory. Faustus's smile turned into a more neutral look as she walked along the wall. "I see," he touched his own grey face, "Is this what you look like? Goodness... Makes me look pale."

Aria's voice seemed much softer when she spoke, eery. And her voice echoed in the hallway, "Quite so, eh? Anyway, I have placed to go to, how about you?" Being a shadow wasn't as simple as it seemed. Her vision was awkward but natural instinct gave her the ability to walk confidently and without any trouble. She wanted to practice fighting in this form. There was so much she qould be able to do...

It seemed as if she was all around him, but it was easy to see her black body. He lifted his umbrella over his head and just smiled. It was an odd smile, it gave him more of a dark look. It almost seemed as if his blood was flowing now. "I see. Well I am always free, mon amie." There was a short pause before he continued. "I do believe it is going to rain today, beautiful."

Aria smiled a little and laughed. Maybe being in shadow form made her a little more beautiful. Her laugh seemed much for feminine, perfect, too perfect to be real for some reason. She extended an arm, clicked her fingers and created an elegant, victorian-style umbrella from a shadow. Raising it above her head and twirling it once before placing it onto her shoulder, she said, "Au revoir." She knew some French, for she was half-French herself. And she started down the corridor in her shadow form.

The sound of rain could be heard within the halls. With a faint smile Faustus turned away from Aria. Leaving her with a simple wave. It was wonderful. The sound lifted his moods higher than the sky. Although it was slightly odd that it would be raining, he was sure no one would notice.
